If you wish to remove your rental property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the Tempe Vacation Rentals listing and reactivate it at a future date during your paid annual term. Your Tempe Vacation Rentals listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).
If you sell your property, you can transfer your Tempe Vacation Rentals listing to the new property owner for a one time $10 listing transfer fee (normally paid by the new property owner). NOTE: No refund will be given.
